How to write effective prompts for the Kinetic Email AI Playground to get the best results.

Structured Prompts​

The AI Playground supports structured prompts with specific sections that improve output quality. The RAG system parses these sections to filter relevant examples.

Create a [type] email for [brand/industry].

**Brand/Industry:** [brand name or industry]
**Email Purpose:** [ecommerce, newsletter, transactional, etc.]
**Kinetic Features:** [tabs, carousel, survey, etc.]
**Content Sections:** [list the sections you want]

Tips for Better Results​

  1. Specify the technique — Mentioning "tabs", "carousel", "survey" etc. triggers RAG filtering for relevant examples
  2. Include hex colors — The AI uses them directly. Always use 6-digit hex (#2563EB), never RGB
  3. List content sections — Be specific about what content blocks you want
  4. State the email purpose — Helps the AI choose appropriate layout patterns
  5. Mention the audience — "B2B", "consumer", "internal" changes the output significantly
